Close restaurants and bars

stayed at the hotel to go to izod center, costs $20 for taxi...there are plenty of options for food and also a couple bars. hotel was nice!

"Great room for the money"

A reasonably-priced hotel room with a wonderful location near just about every kind of restaurant you can think of. It's also located near a bus stop where the bus will take you directly into NYC at the Port Authority so you don't have to drive into the city. The only complaint...and it's very minor... was that a couple of the bureau drawers in our room were uneven, making them a challenge to open and close.

.Perfect for Family visiting NYC. Good Price, Nice Rooms, Easy access to Railway station

Great staging place to jump off for NYC. Trains from Secaucus junction run every ten or fifteen minutes to Penn Station. Hotel has courtesy bus, but it was just as easy for us to drive to the station and park (for $5). Will definitely come back. (Very courteous staff. Can also be useful if you are primarily a Spanish speaker since most of the staff is bilingual.) For drivers, A GPS is useful for navigating through the bends and turns of the Meadowlands area.

Awesome Stay!!!

We loved it here...safe parking and the bus stop is right there. Very safe area and we were very comfortable!

Dependable

Could be cheaper. Bus into Port Authority very convenient. Breakfast is overpriced but there is a good deli/bagel shop nearby. Have stayed here quite a few times in the last five years. It's always been fine.

Great hotel

We spent a weekend in NYC this hotel is only 15 min bus ride from the port authority(bus station in NYC) very convenient bus stop and times. To get bus tickets here, we just went to ticketing and told them the address and bought round trips...the second day we checked out and were able to leave our luggage there while visiting the city again...the people were wonderful....breakfast isn't free but eating in NYC was better.
